Help
How can we help?
Simple answers about finding property, asking questions, places to stay and listing on Landora.
Getting started
You can look at everything on Landora without an account.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around. You only need a free account to save a property or send a message about it. Create a free account.
Does it cost anything to buy, rent or ask questions?
No. Browsing, saving and sending enquiries is free. Only people who list property or offer services on Landora pay for a plan.
How do I find a property?
Choose Buy, Rent, Land or New developments, type a city or area, and narrow it down with price and bedrooms. Tap any property to see its photos, price and details.
Asking about a property
Every conversation happens on Landora, so you always know where to find it.
How do I contact the seller or landlord?
Open the property and press “Enquire”. Write your question — or tap one of the ready-made questions — and press “Send enquiry”. The advertiser replies on Landora.
Where do I see the reply?
In your account under Enquiries. Each property has its own conversation, so nothing gets mixed up.
Can I save a property for later?
Yes. Press the heart or “Save property”. Your list is under Saved in your account.
Property Passport — what has been checked
Each listing shows which checks Landora has done and which it has not.
What is the Property Passport?
A short list on each property page showing separate checks — for example the advertiser, the location and the documents. Each check has its own label, such as “Confirmed”, “In progress” or “Not checked”.
Does “Confirmed” mean the whole property is verified?
No. Only the check marked “Confirmed” was checked by Landora. Anything marked “Not checked” has not been checked, so ask the advertiser about it and take professional advice before you pay or sign anything.
Who writes the price and description?
The advertiser. Landora reviews listings before they go live, but the details are supplied by the advertiser unless the Passport shows a check as confirmed.
Places to stay
Hotels, serviced apartments and short-lets.
How do I book a place to stay?
Go to Stay, pick your dates and number of guests, then press “Enquire” on a place you like. The provider replies to confirm availability and price.
Do I pay on Landora?
No. Stays on Landora work by enquiry — there is no online booking or payment. Nothing is booked until you and the provider agree.
Investment opportunities
A small number of opportunities selected by Landora.
How do I find out more about an opportunity?
Open it from Invest and send an enquiry. Your enquiry goes to Landora, not straight to the promoter.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Read the details and risks on each opportunity, and take independent financial and legal advice before you commit any money.
What is a Transaction (Deal Room)?
When a deal moves forward, Landora may open a private space where you, the other side and Landora share messages, documents and a checklist. You will find it under Transactions in your account.
Listing on Landora
For agents, agencies, developers, property professionals and hosts.
How do I list my property or services?
Go to List with Landora and press “Start partner setup”. You choose what you do, see the documents needed and the price, then apply.
When do I pay?
Only after Landora approves your application. You see the price before you start and again before you pay.
What if Landora asks me to change something?
You will see exactly what to fix on your application page. Fix that part and send it back — you don’t start again.
Staying safe
Good habits for any property deal.
How do I protect myself?
- Inspect the property in person, or send someone you trust, before paying anything.
- Check title and ownership documents with a lawyer or surveyor before you sign or pay.
- Keep your conversations on Landora so there is a record.
- Be careful with anyone who pressures you to pay quickly or outside an agreed process.
